Sometimes life is like a box of chocolates and sometimes it’s like a movie. For Thomas and Blaine, it’s more like a movie–that began in a movie theatre, kind of like how this love stories began. Of course, all that matters is the happily ever after and we all know that this is how that story ends (and begins!). This historic Fowler House Mansion wedding in Lafayette, Indiana.
Blaine and Thomas first met at a movie theatre in Lafayette, Indiana. Like any good movie, there is always a twist to keep you interested. That twist comes with Blaine being the forward moving individual in the relationship to get Thomas’ attention to show how much she cares for him.
Thankfully, we don’t have to spend an hour and half hoping that he’ll notice her because it didn’t take quite that long. Soon after Blaine showed an interest, they began dating and the rest leads up to a beautiful historical mansion wedding with these two as our heroes.
Blaine and Thomas hosted their wedding at the historic Fowler House Mansion in Lafayette, Indiana on October 10, 2020. For those of you not familiar with the little nugget of information, but 10/10/2020 was the most popular wedding day of the year. In fact, 10x the amount of people got married on 10-10 than on any other date this year.
Their wedding was beautifully done and decorated perfectly for the warm Fall day of October 10. Joined together and officiated by Thomas’ father, the wedding vows seemed even more powerful knowing that someone so important to them was marrying them.
What kept the day exciting and fresh is Blaine’s kindness and humor that kept all of us laughing throughout the day. It made this beautifully historic wedding at Fowler House Mansion, one for the books!
